Paying the utmost attention to quality and craftsmanship is a core principle Solbrook was founded on. We proudly stand behind all of our product offerings. In the event that an item arrives damaged or with any material defect, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will do whatever it takes to make it right. All our furniture is custom and therefore we cannot accept returns of non-defective items. All orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. We want you to be excited that you have our furnishings in your home, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Shipping Terms & Free Delivery

Because each piece of furniture is made to order, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Solbrook offers FREE DELIVERY on all furnishings orders within the continental US; including White-Glove Delivery Service on all oversized items.

White-Glove Delivery Service includes bringing the item into your home (up no more than two flights of stairs), unpacking it and removing all packaging. This service does not include the removal of existing furniture, electrical or component hookups (including wall mounting).
